Web Location API: Server never reply confirmation SMS

I know this question may not post at the right place, but I posted this problem in Web Location API forum for a couple of days, never receive reply, (The same like the API does). and the problem affect our application functionality a lot. So, I just post it here, in the hope of receiving reply from Ericsson experts.

"In recent couple of days, Web Location Server (WLS) doesn't send confirmation SMS when user send consent SMS to it ?

the scenario is:
1) WLS send a SMS which request location consent to user,
2) user receive the SMS, and follow the instruction to send a SMS back to WLS, in order to grant the location access for a certain period
3) Normally, WLS will send a SMS to user to confirm it has grant the access and change user status from inactive to active, but in recent couple of days, user never receive this SMS, and the request status is alwasy inactive

BTW: we checked the request quota, we have 1350 out of 5000 remain, we also try to use another API key for request, but the problem persist, So, we assume this is the problem of the WLS

Is there any problem with server? Does anyone experience the same problem?
