By now you’ve probably started the process of, at the very least, doing some research about the depth and breadth of the challenges and issues found in urban areas.

We thought we’d give you a hand in that area by pointing you to the newly released Networked Society City Index report, produced by Ericsson in collaboration with the Stockholm School of Economics and Improvement Labs. In part 3 of this series, we continue to explore the correlation between cities’ ICT maturity and their social, economic and environmental development (known as the triple bottom line).
